    We do not receive, view, or retain any of the data you upload or generate.

    Because your information never leaves your phone, we cannot access, recover, or use it for any purpose.

    We do not store any personal data or uploaded documents on external servers.
    All data remains securely on your phone, under your full control.

    • We do not ask you to create an account.

    • No files, analysis results, or identifiers are sent to the cloud.

    • If you delete the app, all associated data and documents are permanently erased from your device.

    Your privacy is completely local — everything stays on your phone.

     
    4. AI Data Handling

    ContractAI App uses local AI models to analyze contract text.
    These models process information only within the app environment on your device.

    We do not collect AI output or use your files to train external systems.
    The results are generated instantly and remain private to you.

     
    5. Sharing of Information

    We do not share, sell, or transfer any user data.
    Since all data stays on your phone, there is no transmission to us or any third party.

     
    6. Apple App Store Disclosure

    In line with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines:

    • ContractAI App does not collect personal data or track users.

    • All payments and subscriptions (if any) are handled directly through Apple’s secure in-app purchase system.

    • We do not access or store your billing or payment details.

     
    7. Your Rights

    Because we do not collect or store any data, there is no information for us to access, modify, or delete on your behalf.
    If you wish to remove your data, simply delete the App from your device.

     
    8. Children’s Privacy

    ContractAI App is intended for users aged 18 and above.
    We do not knowingly collect or process any information from minors.

     
    9. Changes to This Policy

    If we ever introduce features that involve remote data processing or account creation, we’ll update this Privacy Policy and notify you within the App.
    The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version.
